This one was a little better then My Fitness Pal, but it still didn't fit my needs. So I went again and signed up with another company, http://www.ediets.com, after you jump thru their hoops, you find out it's not free and after you pick a diet, you have to pay $9.95 a month. It would have been nice if they said that up front. Then I tried to delete my account and you can't. So I had to email them. They obviously want to hold all their people hostage otherwise they'd have a delete account button like everybody else.
Anyway, this is a drag, I thought it would be cool but it's more of a pain in the ass. So to make my life easier to plan my meals, I'm just gonna write down the calories myself on a piece of paper and keep track of it myself, after a while, I'll get a feel for it anyway and it will be normal, natural or my routine.
I don't have hours and hours and hours to spend on a daily nor weekly basis on counting calories, I have maybe 15-20 mins tops. So, I'll just incorporate what I learned from this book.
