I got the recipe from Body For Life book, take chicken broth, organic or free range, add some steamed or cooked carrots, celery and some left over chicken breast and voila, soups on.
I mix it up sometimes, I'll add chicken livers, yum, and gluten free pasta. It really depends on how I feel.
Oh and don't forget to add salt and pepper for seasoning. I use Himalayan pink sea salt, it's so yummy, even the salt itself.
I found it has a great medicinal purpose. When it's hot, I'd get headaches, you are more prone to that when it's hot from sweating, so one day I went to whole foods and got them in rock format and took one (there's like 2 or 3 in a jar) and just sucked on it, within minutes, like 20 minutes, my headache disappeared and I not only felt better but had energy. This is the brand I get from Wholefoods.
