What I use is Smokers' Cleanse, it works, it handles the cravings cause while I'm working out and sweating, I'm detoxing, so naturally, normally, cravings will kick in. So to handle that, I just use this program.
Oh a little tip on cigarettes, switching to a brand like American Spirits will also help. When you are smoking cigarettes like Marlboros or Cools, etc etc, they purchase cheap tobacco and put chemicals on them to enhance the flavor so what you are addicted to is not just the nicotine but also all the chemicals, and that makes it harder to stop. An example is switch to American Spirits and then have a Marlboro, does the Marlboro cigarette taste like bleach? LOL. Then you have successfully kicked their chemical habit. Now it's just a matter of the nicotine.
For the water intake issue, you know drinking plenty of water, of at least 1 gallon a day, or something like that. I get bored with water, so tea. I love iced tea with no sugar and lemons.
My fav recipe that I created, take 1 strawberry tea and one orange or lemon tea and mix it up. Let it stew and then pour into a glass pitcher and add water, then put in the fridge to chill.
I don't do black tea, it has caffeine in it, don't want to fuck up my heart, so herbal caffeine free teas only.
When I'm on the go, I pour it into a bottle or a couple of bottles and add my lemon juice, freshly squeezed. Yum. Btw, lemon is a natural PH balancer. It will balance your PH naturally, normally.
If your body is Acidic, you will be more prone to getting cancer. Cancer can't live in an all balanced body including your PH levels. Is your PH Acidic or Alkaline? Most people's PH is Acidic, too much of everything, burgers, fries, sandwiches, alcohol, donuts, sugar, wheat, processed foods etc etc.
Here's an example of your PH being Acidic, your urine, how does it smell? Does it smell like ammonia? Then your PH is Acidic. Drink some water with some lemon juice from lemons and stop eating junk food or processed food and within a few days, it will dissappear. Your urine won't smell like ammonia. Your body will naturally, normally start to balance out.
To balance my PH properly, I drink lot's of tea with lemons. I noticed, when I do that, not only do I feel better, but I don't crave processed foods including sugar. I crave vegetables, fruits, lean meats etc etc, all the stuff I should be eating on my diet. It makes it easier to stay on my diet permanently or lifestyle change .
