I modified, this time 1/2 an egg yolk and I added rosemary into the mix along with garlic salt, himalayan salt and fresh ground black pepper.
I also did the cheese cloth thing, man I couldn't believe how much water came out of there.
I used 1 small cauliflower and it yielded 4 mini pizzas.
I currently don't have an oven, my next thing to buy is a toaster oven,so I can make an actual pizza with tomatoe sauce, cheese, all sorts of goodies. I really love pizza and now, I can eat it every day and not only not feel bad but lose weight at the same time.
I used my Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich maker, a couple came out a little deep dishy, it's ok, my first time. I topped it with mozzarella cheese and fresh garlic. I love garlic, fresh garlic, who doesn't? And then I added crushed red chili peppers. I love that kick, that spice, it adds flavor to pizza.
