Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
Raw Jalapenos - the spicy kind not the bland kind.*
I don't measure it out, I do it based on how many chicken breasts I'm gonna use. I feel my way, if you know what I mean.
Mix it all up and then add the chicken breasts and marinade
overnight, you'll know when it's done cause the edges of the chicken start to cook like ceviche. You can litterly cook chicken in lime juice.
Then I add to my George Foreman grill and grill it. It's really yummy and it's got a nice kick to it. I hate bland food, it's boring. Spice up your meals. It's great for your Kidneys, it's a natural detoxifier. If you want to add salt and pepper, do so. It's your meal. Enjoy it.
For me, I'll just add to my salads and dinner with veggies, I'm on a diet or lifestyle change for the rest of my life. You have to keep it lean for digs.
*I hate when I get Jalapenos and they are not spicy, my back up plan, serrano chiles. It does the trick every time.
